Division of Diversity, Equity, and Educational Achievement

A student works with a tutor in the Division of Diversity, Equity, and Educational Achievement.

The Division of Diversity, Equity, and Educational Achievement (DDEEA) is comprised of CeO, PEOPLE, First Wave, Posse, Pathways, Chancellor's and Powers Knapp Scholars.
Our Mission is to create a diverse, inclusive, and excellent learning and work environment for all students, faculty, staff, alumni, and others who partner with the university. This mission is accomplished through collaboration, leadership and seeding of new initiatives, consultative advice, and the coordination of numerous institutional initiatives, while supervising the group of key diversity units that now comprise the Division.

What Makes Us Unique . . . Students work with other students that look like them, they may also work with graduate students who have been in their place and are currently studying the area of expertise.
