Wren Singer has held her current role as Director of Undergraduate Advising since the creation of the office in 2012 where she provides leadership and coordination to UW-Madison’s undergraduate advising system, and oversees the Office of Undergraduate Advising’s four advising units. Previously she served as the Director of Campus and Visitor Relations, the Assistant Dean and Director of the Center for the First-Year Experience, and the Associate Dean of the College of Letters and Science. Singer serves as the chair of the cross-campus committee Academic Advising & Policy Leaders (AAPL), and co-chairs the Council on Academic Advising (CAA) as well as the Orientation Advising Team (OAT). She received her BA in English and Psychology, MS in Counseling in Higher Education, and PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from UW-Madison.
