As the Assistant Director for Career Services Training & Community Development, Danielle leads training, professional development, and community-building for the career services community. This includes chairing the Career Services Professional Development Committee, managing career services communities of practice, and developing training opportunities, events, and onboarding activities that meet the learning and professional development needs of the community. Career services staff can check out upcoming events on the OACS Events Calendar and are always welcome to email Danielle directly with feedback and ideas for training and professional development. 

Additionally, Danielle serves as the point person for UW-Madison’s campus-wide memberships for the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and Career Leadership Collective professional organizations. Learn about these organizations and how you can take advantage of these memberships here. Danielle also co-chairs the Career Services Internship Committee, collaborates with the Director for Institutional Career Services Strategy on various campus-wide career services projects and initiatives, and co-leads programming for new career services, advising, and learning support staff

Danielle has worked in career services at UW-Madison since 2016, most recently with the School of Human Ecology. She earned her BS from UW-Madison and her MS in Higher Education Administration from UW-Milwaukee. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys reading, theater and movies, and checking out the local food scene.
