New Advisor Academy

Build community with new advisors while learning about key UW-Madison resources!

The New Advisor Academy is a series of nine monthly gatherings designed to enhance advising competencies and facilitate a cohort among new advisors.

What to Expect

Topics vary year to year and are chosen based on feedback gathered from new advisors during Introduction to Advising at UW-Madison, a two-part workshop offered at the beginning of fall and spring semesters.
