Advising Tools & Services for New Staff: DARS & Credit Evaluation Services

During this training you will:

• Hear an introduction to technology systems and online support resources important to advising with colleagues from the Office of Undergraduate Advising. Learn where and how to find training with each tool.
• Learn from colleagues in advising and the Office of the Registrar about an essential advising tool: the degree audit. You’ll receive an overview of DARS, see live demos, and gain resources for continued learning.
• Gain an overview of Credit Evaluation Services with colleagues from the Office of the Registrar. Learn about the transfer credit evaluation process and timeline, and gain additional resources for new advising staff.
