A free, drop-in tutorial center designed to help students with introductory statistics (224, 301, 324, and 371).  The tutorial center is open most of the day, Monday-Friday and is staffed by an introductory statistics TA.
Our Mission is to foster an environment of personal learning to facilitate better understanding of introductory statistics concepts by providing undergraduate, introductory statistics students with free, drop-in tutoring services.

What Makes Us Unique . . . Our service is unique because our learning center is staffed by graduate statistics students currently TAing for one of the introductory classes.

  • "One of the best experiences I had while staffing the tutorial center comes from a student of mine. He started showing up to the tutorial center early in the year and would receive frequent help. As the semester carried along, he became more confident in his abilities. By the end of the semester, he was leading smaller groups and doing much of the tutoring himself"
